Cleaning

Four ways we work in a home, priced by rooms and condition rather than by guesswork.

Sensitivities

What we change when someone in the house reacts to scent, dust or residue.

Studio

Who turns up, where we work, and what we have written down about the trade.

Cleaning in Lake Oswego.

Lake Oswego brings us the most natural stone and the most delicate finishes of any route we run, which means the most products we decline to use.

  • No travel charge. Lake Oswego routes run Monday and Wednesday.

The housing stock

Larger homes, more marble and travertine, more specialty finishes, and a higher share of households with an air purifier already running. Several clients here came to us after a stone counter was etched by an acidic cleaner.

What actually goes wrong here

Surfaces that punish the wrong product. Unsealed marble, honed limestone, waxed wood and unlacquered brass all react badly to something in a standard cleaning kit. We survey and label every such surface at the walkthrough, and the team carries a pH-neutral alternative for all of them.

Where we are, most weeks.

Not an exhaustive list. If your street is not named, ask anyway, because routes shift with the schedule.
